Any interaction with our guest after check-in will be at their discretion as we wish to respect their individual privacy.
Should you need ANYTHING at ANYTIME to make your "Adventure" more memorable we are only a text away and "Just Across the Water" at the Mill House.

We will be happy to make recommendations for dining and our favorite things to do and see however we highly recommend a visit to the Lexington Visitor Center and or doing an internet search for points of interest in the Lexington/Rockbridge County, Virginia area.

"All the Comforts of Home" is located only 8 scenic miles from Lexington, 3 miles from the 195 exit of Interstates 81 and 64 and less than one hour from Staunton, Harrisonburg, Charlottesville and Roanoke.

There is ~~ NO ~~ Privacy Door or Curtain separating the Bedroom and Common Areas where extra guest sleep on a floor air mattress (Mattress and Linens provided)
The ~ ONLY ~ Bathroom (with sliding door) is accessed through the Bedroom and showers must be spaced to ensure adequate hot water.
